“Our company recently purchased a Vision Engraver to update the signage around our facility. The purchase included a four-hour training session in which Ken Morgan was my trainer. His session was great as he walked me though every aspect to become familiar with the engraver; from the out-of-box setup process, detailed explanations regarding the tool and accessories, creating and running a job, and all necessary maintenance for longevity of the tool. After the session was completed, Ken emailed a video of the training as a refresher should I have any questions about what we went over.
